Here are a few questions and answers you may have about DecoPawz.

The paints that are used to create the designs of our collars are all non-toxic and waterproof.

Your DecoPawz collar can be washed in warm soapy water (dish-soap or bar soap) if your pet's collar is ever soiled. Simply rub the soiled collar between your fingers. Do not use any abraisive or scrub brush. Vigorous effort may pull the design off if rubbed or brushed too hard.

DecoPawz uses for sizes 20 inches and higher, tough double ply nylon. Single ply are used for small and medium. The patterns on all collars adhere to the nylon very well and although the paint can be pulled off with excessive and deliberate effort, the daily activity of your dog should not.

A simple rule for sizing your pet for a collar is to measure your pets neck and add 2 inches. Some dogs this is more than enough, however some breeds this may not be enough. When your pet is wearing a collar it should be snug but you should be able to fit at least 2 fingers width between the collar and your pet's neck.

Any handmade product will have variations to the end product. These are not defects but attributes that make any done by hand item unique. Collar and Leash colour variations may vary also depending on manufacturer and their production colour lots.
