OPERATING TIMES:

Orders can be placed online anytime. DecoPawz operates Monday thru Friday (excluding major holidays), your order will be filled during our business hours.

Business hours are 9:00a to 6:00p (PST / GMT-8), messages can be left anytime.

DecoPawz is located in Nevada, United States, please allow for any time difference when you place an order online, contact/order via e-mail or phone.

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders placed or received on the weekend receive priority on the next business day.

Orders that do not include your pet's name are processed the day of order and usually will ship within same or next business day.

Personalized orders are in all actuality custom.
Because styles, size and pet names vary an inventory cannot be maintained. If you choose to have your collar personalized, your pet's name becomes part of the design. For these reasons orders are filled as they are received and sufficient time must be allowed.

For all other types of orders please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be completed and shipped. Normally your order will be shipped to you the first business day after your order is received and completed.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:

It is important that you provide an E-mail address for contact purposes when placing your order.

All orders will be confirmed by E-mail, another will be sent to notify when your order was completed & shipped.

If you choose a shipping method (i.e. USPS Express) that provides tracking information this will also be sent to you via email.
