If you would like to cancel or change an order, please note that the earliest an order will be reviewed for processing will be 08:00am PST (GMT -8)
If you placed an order before this time, then you should be able to email DecoPawz for any changes or cancellation without any problems.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order simply email, or phone Decopawz. Contact information can be found at the
bottom of this page. Cancellations that are received prior to your order being filled will be refunded in
full (if payment had been made already) Orders that have already been filled or shipped will be subject to DecoPawz' return policy.
CHANGES
If you would like to make any changes to your order, simply email or phone DecoPawz. Again, contact information is provided below.
Changes that include additions to an order can be accomodated very easily unless your order has already shipped.
Other changes may be subject to return policies, please contact for specific information.
RETURNS
Items damaged in anway by shipping will always be exhanged or refunded. If you are not satisfied with any product sold on this site,
DecoPawz will either replace or refund part or the full amount of your purchase.
REFUNDS
Refunds or exchanges are always given on any product sold on this site damaged in shipping.
DecoPawz will refund any non-personalized item in full within 30 days of the date of shipment.
Any item that includes personalization are non-refundable.
Only non-express forms of shipping are fully refundable. Expidited forms of shipping will be refunded the amount
equal to the amount of shipping if sent by a non-express method. Free shipping will not be part of the refund.
Any Orders that cannot be refunded back to your credit card for any unforseen reason will be refunded by company cheque or issued an International Money Order for orders outside the U.S.
RETURN/REFUND PROCEDURE
If you wish to return any item purchased for a refund please email or contact DecoPawz by phone. Please include your name, the item being returned and order number if possible. All refund requests will
be answered promptly. Arrangements will be made to have the item returned to DecoPawz. Refunds will only be given when the item is received back at DecoPawz.
A confirmation will be sent, to the email address given or originally provided, when the returned item was received back and when your refund should be expected .
